1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 C. sour cream
1/2 C. oil
1/2 cup milk

3/4 C. brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon (Preferably Vietnamese Cinnamon from Steel City Salt Co.)
1 C. pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 325 if using a Pyrex. If using a metal pan, preheat oven to 350.
Mix the cake batter ingredients. Mix 1/2 the batter in a 9 x 13 glass or metal pan.
Sprinkle on 1/2 of the topping mixture.
Add the remaining batter, and sprinkle with the remaining topping mix.
Bake for 45 min to an hour.
