Shaner's Old Fashioned

• 2 oz Old Forrester 1920 or Wild Turkey 101

• Roland Demerara Cube

• Angostura Bitters

• Orange Bitters

• garnish with an orange or lemon peel

Muddle the sugar cube with a teaspoon of water, dash of Angostura and a dash of orange bitters. Add your bourbon and give a quick stir. Place a large ice cube into the glass, and garnish with an orange or lemon peel.
